Services Offered
Aaron Dean is here to assist with either half or full day mediations, which can be held remotely or in person with the appropriate safety protocols. Aaron will work with the parties to accommodate unusual scheduling needs in terms of days, as well as start and end times.
If one of the parties cannot host an in-person mediation, Aaron can arrange for facilities (usually at no additional cost to the parties).
Terms and Conditions
Half Day – Aaron Dean Resolutions charges $1000 per party per half day. Generally, half day mediations are reserved for matters involving 3 or less parties. There are circumstances that may merit a half day for more than 3 parties, which will be considered on a case by case basis.
Full Day – Aaron Dean Resolutions charges $2000 per party per full day. Generally, full day mediations can include as many as 6 parties. For mediations that include more than 6 parties, it is best for us to discuss the logistics and appropriate fees before that mediation is scheduled.
Travel Time – Aaron Dean Resolutions does not charge travel time or travel fees for any mediations in Washington. Travel fees for cases requiring in person mediations outside of Washington will be considered on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Fees – It is important that we he facilitate resolution, not contribute to the parties’ stress and frustration by charging punitive cancellation fees.
If the mediation is cancelled more than 7 calendar days in advance, there is no fee to cancel.
If the mediation is cancelled 7 or less calendar days from the date the mediation is scheduled to occur, the party responsible for the cancellation will be charged their share of the mediation fee and the other parties will be refunded their fees.
